What is the BonLook Trendsetter Program?
The Trendsetter Rewards Program is our free membership program that rewards you along your style journey. Get more shopping benefits and exclusive access to collections, contests and sales. Find the Terms & Conditions here.
How do I join?
Create a BonLook account on our website or in-store and you automatically become a Trendsetter member.
Where can I see my Trendsetter tier?
You can track your benefits by logging into your BonLook account. Under "profile", you can view your Trendsetter status and click through to the member page to see all your benefits.
How is my membership status determined?
Your Trendsetter tier is determined by how many pairs of frames you purchase and how much you spend each calendar year. You can make these purchases at bonlook.ca or at one of our retail locations. Scroll up to see the minimum annual spend for each tier in our benefits chart.
How does earning work with the BonLook Trendsetter Program?
It’s easy: the more you shop, the closer you get to leveling up to a new tier and accessing more perks.
What happens to my rewards if I return something?
When you return an item, that amount will be deducted from your yearly spending total.
How do I add my birthday to my account to redeem my birthday gift?
Sign into “My Account”. Into your profile, click on “Edit your information” and add your date of birth. Your discount will be available on the benefits page during your birthday month.
How do I redeem my birthday gift?
Offer is available for in-store pickup only, throughout the eligible Trendsetter member’s birthday month, from the first to the last day of the month.
I don’t live in Canada. Can I still sign up?
Unfortunately, only Canadian residents can access the BonLook Trendsetter Program.
